vBindex - images in newsposts

Would it be possible with news posts to use the attatchment feature (or some feature) to have images to go with your news post? I'm not talking an image that is based on the news forum, but for instance:

I post: John Kerry runs a Mile! and thats what my article is about, and I have an image of John Kerry running his mile.
