Thinkin about moving from phpBB to vBulletin... questions!

Hi guys,

I run an italian community site and I'm using a phpBB2 board for that. I was thinking to switch over vBulletin since a few time now as it appears to be almost bugs-free and more professional. Now there are some things which I need to know before moving to vBulletin, hope someone can answer them!

- Does vBulletin have any buddy/ignore list built in?

- Is there the possibility for a admin/moderator to send mass e-mail and private messages to all the registered users?

- Is there any mod for DigiChat integration?

- Is there any photo album mod so that an admin can create album categories where users can post their pictures?

- This one is a bit weird, heh :) Is there any "marriage mod" for vBulletin to allow Forum users to virtually marry eachother? I installed this hack for phpBB and my users like this a lot.
