i want a hack thats don't allow users to download any files from the thread untill they add a repaly in the same thread and after that they can download the file..

Is it available or not ..

You may try to search for the lockdown hack.

I don't think it has been released here, but as i've been away, i'm not too sure.
If not, then i'm sure i saw a link somewhere on how to get it :)
