EvB licences?

Now seeing as EvB has been password protected for like ages, and I know basically jack of the story behind said lockdown (besides what it says in the login, that its integrating with KuraFire), I would like to know:
Does releasing hacks under an EvB licence still work?

I mean I can still view the licence info actually, I just hit cancel on the password prompt enough times.... ;)
I would really like to accompany the v3 of my RPG with an EvB licence, but if I would be breaking some rule or [insert other random negative thing here], I wont do it ;)

Just put the text in and store the button somewhere else i would guess. I don't think Kura will mind :)

It actually also doesn't have to be an EvB license. You can write your own short license, stating what is allowed and what not.

Could do, but something as established as EvB sounds more solid ;)

Yes, as Colin said, you can use every license you want (except if the license agreement breaks any laws or rules of this site), so that includes EvB licenses as well.

But it has been easy to see which license you use, so just linking to a page where a user has to click on no several times to see the license agreement isn't valid (at least it makes the license agreement invalid here in germany iirc)
