Any way to detect who clicked a link?
 

Im not sure if this is possible but is there a way making it so you can see who clicked a link in threads on your forum?

I want to use this mainly because I run a site where artist constantly post audio using yousendit... there are users clicking links and causing the file to reach its download limit..I want to weed out those who dont even reply with feedback.

You would have to create a script to send them to that would record the user details then re-direct them to the correct hyperlink. Its certainly doable but could cause alot of un-needed overhead depending on how active your forum is.
