Need a Portal ... Would rather pay, than do.

I was referred here from the generous and helpful experts at vBulletin.com.

I need a good portal to replace my index.html file. I am willing to pay for this, and would much rather pay for it than do it myself.

PS - The crew from .com said to try vBindex or vBportal??? But I need somebody to set it up for me or give me simple step-by-step instruction.
