Disable posting speed limit for some users?
 

In particular, my moderators ... I don't see the need to limit their posting; if they have a lot to do, they should be able to do it quickly.

I know (just) enough PHP that I can probably code around this myself somewhat easily; what I'm primarily asking for is someone who can point me to the right general routine(s) in the PHP file(s) that need to be modified. Once I have that, I think it's pretty trivial -- I just need to add an 'if' that skips the check for the moderators.

Of course, if someone wants to post the actual hack, that would be even nicer :)
