what do you think of my forums?
 

we run a tori amos website on www.yessaid.com that's been around since 1996 and this is the forum that we added back in april. it's come a long way but i still think it has further to go... any feedback or suggestions you guys might have would be awesome!

Your site navigation on the homepage is terrible. It's so hard to navigate around :( Forums look good with the butterfly in the header and the nice category flower icons. But you really need to drop the default vB buttons as they don't fit in with your layout at all :)

what do you mean the default vB buttons? and how can i improve this?

i'm such a novice about vB... and i don't find it easy to modify either... lol.

By default vBulletin buttons I mean the one's that come with a stock vBulletin e.g.

They don't fit in with your colors at all :)

1. where can i get new buttons?
2. and what would you recommend for better navigation on the homepage?

You can make new buttons, if you have skill with photoshop or another imaging program, or you can download them (free) off vBulletinTemplates.com or some skin sites have graphic sets available to buy.
