Custom Styles that an Admin can control but a user can't:
 

I would like to create a custom style (a Gold Membership if you will) where only I as the administrator can decide who goes into the new style. I tried doing it on my forum and I am able to put people in the new style from the admin panel but when it doesn't work unless I go into vbulletin options>change style>allow users to change styles and click yes which allows everyone to change their own style.

So, how can I make it so only an admin can assign the style for the user because I either want everyone in the default group or the gold membership group (style)?
