vB3 Integration - Custom Work

The vBulletin staff said this would be the proper place to ask this so here it goes:

We are considering having our IPB replaced with vB3.

However, we have a custom software developed for us and we would need a programmer to redo the IPB integration to vB3

Is there a place where we can find a competent PHP coder to make the changes for us? Our original coder has moved on to other projects.
