Negative reputation on delete post

An idea which I thought was quite nice which was recommended to me, would be for when a user has their post deleted because it was a flame/spam/inappropriate, that they would automatically get -10 reputation or similar.

I don't really customise my forums much anymore, but the idea made me come and have a look to see if such a thing existed.

Would anyone else see this as a time saving tweak?
