Adding a form to PowerPoint
Hi all
Im new to powerpoint .... I am building a presentation for my business to burn to CD and distrubute to perspective clients. I want to add a form on the last page that will send the collected data to my website where the php script can add the information to the mysql datasase. Yes i know i can always just add a link to a form on my webpage to collect the data ... however i would prefer to have the form on the powerpoint presentation so i know that the data recieved has only come from the CD powerpoint presentations that I distributed to guage its success. I have mucked aroung for ages but i cant work out how to tell it to send the info to my website. If someone was able to attach (zipped) a single powerpoint page with these functions as a template would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance trafix |
