Adding 2 Lines in "Forum Statistics"

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me with this VB3 code?

I need to add 2 lines to my welcome panel once they have logged in:

There have been 10 threads and XX posts since your last visit!

The time now is: xx:xx AM
