SQL Code

Pehaps someone could help me out on this, but what would the code be to update a users primary usergroup, and their additional usergroup?

[SQL]UDPATE user
SET usergroupid = XX, membergroupids = 'XX YY ZZ'
WHERE userid = aa[/sql]
