Php Scripts?
 

everything i try to put a random image in the forum root, and run it on the forum index.php... it doesn't work... i do a php include but it doesn't seem to work... is there something i ahve to do?

you have to edit the forumhome template that's where the output is defined, the php script just fills in the variables in the templates :)

im afraid i dont understand. how would i go about on inserted a php inclcue and for it to be able to work on vb3

well, it's not that easy.

you cannot do just an include, and then it works. vb is template driven, so you ahve to include your code into the forumhometemplate or whereever you want to have it appear.

you might want to search through the hints and tips forum here, there are a lot of helpful threads for that kind of questions :)
