New type of Buy/Sell/Trader rating system

I think we need one where the admin can add companys names and sites to the page. Then the user can rate that company just like the orriginal hack and leave comments.

Then somewhere have a place for users to submit companys to be added to the list

I find that this would be usefull because myself as well as my members have gotton ripped off by fly-by-night companys

Can someone develop this??
