Make hidden forums searchable / appear on the jump menu?

Hi! I have several forums that are sent to 0 in the order setting so they don't show up on the main page. Across the header of my page I have buttons that lead to their own sections. How do I make it so these forums show up in the search dialogue and the jump menu? Any assistance is appreciated.
