Inactive users kick
 
Is there a way to kick inactive users?, i have several who are logged on 24/7
Does anybody have a hack or a link they can point me 2

They aren't actually inactive on the forums if it sayd they are logged on. It only shows active members.

best bet is to ban the ip.
if you do a trace you will probably find that all are from the same area, and are more likely bots..
make sure you have them have to type in the code when they register, to stear away from bots
