New Moderator can only see...
 
Hi just an idea!

maybe a hack which allows all new moderators to view threads/post from the date they became the moderator in the staff forum! and not see any threads/posts before that date!

its a good idea actually... because people DO talk crap about other members... however, its also good for mods to be able to get some 'admin culture' by reading about previous decisions.
