Good, bad and ugly... we want to hear what you think, what you would change, and what really sucks.

Any suggestions?

Can't make many judgements on anything but what I see because forums are unviewable to guests.

The color scheme is nice, but it's nothing extremely eye catching and special. But that's possibly not an effect you were after. So good work. :)

You're showing up as licensed now. Welcome to the community ;)

As I say to many people who visit these forums and post up their forum for critique. Other than the domain name and forum names, on first glance I have no idea what your forum is about. It's always good to have a little introductory text (especially for guests), so they know instantly what your forum is about, who it's audience is etc.

I agree with Dean. You need to tell your visitor's what the site is about ... don't let them guess or look for it. Put it in their face and GRAB their attention!

In most cases, people will just leave and not bother looking for it.

Another thing ... the colors ...
I think it's a little to mellow and thus, will not EXCITE/INDUCE your members to participate.

Think of it this way ... (I'm guessing your a parent.)
Your children (groupA) walked into a red/blue/yellow room
Your children (groupB) walked into a (brown/olive--your current colors)

Which room do you think your children will be more active?

The same applies to adults. Color affects us all.
