Can't delete or edit top head admin

I saw this somewhere for vb3, but I can't find it now.
No other admin can edit the top admin which userid is "1" Anyone can find this edit?

do you mean noone can change anything in top admin's profile?
if so, that needs no hack, just add the admin's ID in your config.php under uneditable/undeletable line and not even him/her can edit that userID
