Member search form on non-vb page

Hiya. A lot of dating sites (most) have a search form on their homepage, which encourages people to enter the site and start browsing the members.

Its usually just 3 drop-down fields:

1. I am a man/woman
2. Searching for a man/woman
3. Between the ages of ........ and ...........

I'd love to be able to have something like this on my homepage. Any help would be appreciated.
