Mass Email Problem

I am using the mass email tool that came with Vbulletin 3.0.3 and i am trying to email all the members at my forum i click send and it shows all the users who will recieve the email and they all say email ok. but none of the members got the emails and i don't even get an error. I have tryed this with 2 emails one aol and one hotmail but still no luck :(.

you don't have "test" selected at the top do you?
