Need Help - Might Be Simple

Ok, I can not find the hack for this ANYWHERE! But hopefully you kind coders can help me out, cause I need it, bad! I am running vBulletin Version 3.0.3 and vbPortal Version 3.0.0 Beta 3. On the Forums, where it shows how many people online ever and who's active, that's where I have the problem. (oh ya, here's the link: http://www.tunernetwork.com) I think the problem is that it is showing the active users instead of the most online ever. I had over 200 hundred people on today at once, but then like 3 mins later, it says, Most Online Ever: 3, and my active people count was 3, it keeps reseting. So if someone can PLEASE help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

PM Me on here or AIM: TN ZAZZA CEO, THANK YOU!!!!

TunerNetwork 08-05-2004 12:20 AM

no, am in the process of installing vbgarage and arcade, but i havent completed them yet. but however, this problem was before i started install.

Sounds like they've left the 'maxloggedin' field out of their specialtemplates array. Have you tried asking on their forum?

TunerNetwork 08-05-2004 03:23 AM

no, if someone can take a look at my coding, and help me out, id appreciate it, this problem is hurting my site/business bad, any help is appreciated!

I haven't looked at their code in years, so I have no idea how their software works or how they handle things. If you post on their forums and tell them you are apparently missing the 'maxloggedin' field in the $specialtemplates array and that's causing your 'Most users ever online' to reset then they should know what you're talking about and be able to help you.
