Why can't I open attached files?

I've just been registered for this board and have activated my account.

But when I want to open attached files, I see this message:

You need to make sure your email in the members area at vb.com is the same as here. It may take a few hours to update.

Which member area of vb.com ???? I'm only registered on vbulletin.org ....

In order to get support and hacks from vBulletin.org you must have a valid vBulletin license. To proof that you are a licensed user you must enter your eMail-Address in the member area on vbulletin.com or vbulletin-germany.com (which only valid customers can access) and use the same email-address here ar at any other official vBulletin website.

There would be no point of accessing a vbulletin hack if you don't own vbulletin. If you own vbulletin, then you already paid for it so there should be no problems here except illegal users.

Translation: You have to prove to the forum that you are a licensed vbulletin user before you can download skins and mods because the oringal code and templates that were built on them is copyrighted by Jelsoft and only can be used legally by licensed users.
