have members confirm email again

after a few years I'm sure my members email address have changed, maybe someone can make a hack that requires members say after a year to update and confirm their email address.

makes the password change for your members to be like 30 days, so they will have to validate again when receiving their email... (if they receive it, they are using the same email, isn't it ?!)
