BB Code in Stickied threads

How can I get the VBB coding working in stickied threads?

I have threads that we've made bold or colored ETC. since the upgrade they don't show the way I'd like. I know it was a code hack for VB2. is there one for VB3?

stikied threads are not different when using showthread, so the vb code works there as well...
