A Support System Hack
 
I'm in real need of a Support System Hack. Allowing user's to submit a ticket, email sent to support team, then ticket applied to the best person to sort via some sort of control panel.

Is there anything about already like this, or would I simply be better going with the different ones on the market. ie fork out $$$ to get one already complete?

could u not get a ticket system & modded it into your forum?
would be simple enuff to do
