I know, it work under 2.0 but we want dont change in 2.0 in the next and we need Thread Split management because we have memory limit problems with saome scripts and no man can help us and we must splitting some threads when we want that the user users can post in it.

I believe this hack is already out for v1.1X, search the hacks forum, or visit vbulletin.org (vb hackers site).

It's not out that I know of - I wrote a UBB hack for it, but I don't think that'll help you :)
