Hi vB Hacker,

Can you help me to create hack for vb3 that set minimum post to download attachment?
I wont my forum user just download without post.

you can do that with the built in promotion system in vB3

Just promote your users to a higher usergroup after X posts and let the higher usergroup download attachments.

Yes
  • make a new usergroup that can download attachments
  • set your normal registered users usergroup to not be able to download attachments
  • add a promotion to have users be put into the new group if they have x posts.
