Ad Banner Management?

Hi,

I am a current phpBB user who is thinking about getting on the Vbulletin bandwagon. I really like the features the board has.

Anyway, I was wondering about ad banners. I run them on my site & will need to continue to do so if I were to change bbs software.

I would need basic functionality (add / remove banners - specificy frequency- statistics, etc).

Is this something that can be achieved with vbulletin?

There are several Banner/Ad-Hacks already, but the most fexible solution would be to use smth. like phpAdsNew - which works very well on my site.

How hard is the installation for phpadsnew or smth? I am a complete newb, would I need to hire someone from the outside or could I install it myself? Also, do either program have rotation options for banners & tracking?
