Found in vB 3.0.3 search.php line 400.
That doesn't make sense at all?

yeah doesnt make sense cause 1 doesnt equal 2:) jelsoft is so silly ^_^

Maybe it is part of a debug feature that they use and change the 1 to a 2. The if statement looks like it would always test false and it was meant to always test false.
