Auto Refreshing ?

On a forum i visit.. i've seen that when u click the back button on the browser (for eg after posting) when it returns the page has updated.

I have to click the refresh button on my forum to see if there are any new posts.

am i making sense to anyone ?

I think that would be browser related, if the page has been stored in the browsers cache or not.

Might also be related to No Cache-Headers being turned on or off?
