Admin's ability to PM all members

It existed in VB2.x not in VB3
It would be great if the Admin could send PMs into every member at once. Is there a hack or a way to do so?

I remember seeing that hack actually in the vb3 area. Just search for it, cause I know someone already made this hack for vb3.
