Automatic Thumbnail IMG
 

Hi ,

1. sorry for my fu##ing English. ;)

2. Is there a way or hack... that when Members use the IMG Tag to insert a image in their post, something (php?) check the Imagesize and if it to Big it will be shown as a Thumbnail?

3. Yes I know the BIMG code https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...highlight=bimg but it resize every Picture even when it's a small one.

This is already an option in vB3. Take a look within the vB Options page.

Yes when the Image is an Attachment, but if the Image insert by the vbcode [IMG ]
like that :

and it would be bigger (say 1024px) it would "destroy" my forum (witdh = 780px)!!!

At first I found the BIMG vbcode, but this will resize any Image to a selected size (Standart is 200px). So any smaller Image [less than 200px], a mini logo or smilie , will also resized and would be shown very ugly!

All I want is a option that any Image which is included by the vbcode [IMG ] an bigger then my selected Size (say 400px) will be shown as a thumbnail, is under the size it will be shown normal.

On vbulletin-germany there is a discussion also (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/for...ead.php?t=9172), and many would be happy to have some hack like that!
