skin first or code first?
 

Generally speaking, is it better to do a lot of hacks and then get a custom skin, or get the custom skin and then do a lot of hacks?

hmm, depends on the hacks i think.

i prefere doing the hacks first, because then the skin can be optimized to make the hacks looking even better :)

If you have alot of hacks that make alot of template changes your going to have to re-apply them all to your new skin when you get it (unless of course its based on your current skin with all the edits already in it).
