edit template age input

Could someone let me know how to edit the page where when a person first signs up it asks them for their birthday. I want to put some text above that box explaining why we need that information as to many members are simply inputing whatever they want, and we've got 500 coppa awaiting approval, which is impossible. Our members are obviously just picking today's date or something.
