Moderation column and non-cookie marking as read.
 

I'm looking for a column in the forumdisplay, with checkboxes by each thread, allowing a moderator or admin to do mass functions to selected posts, i.e. delete or move.

Ezboard actually has this exact feature, and I find VB's lack of it unfortunate.

Another thing that ezboard has over VB is a very important thing - marking topics read. In ezboard, posts do not get marked read when a user times out. Everything appears to be controlled by the database, not cookies. This means if someone accidentally leaves the computer for X (say 15) minutes, all their posts will not be marked read. They will still know which posts they have not seen. Particularely annoying with forums bigger that 50 posts a day.

If either of these two complicated hacks could be done, they'd be very beneficial. :D

vB3 does have that functions out of the box ;)

Which ones? I didn't see them in the admin panel! :o

I just realized I posted this in the VB2 forum.. I have VB3 - does VB3 not have these options?
