Probably because your showing up as unliscened. You need to make sure the email address you used to register on vb.org is the same one thats listed in the members area on vb.com -- it has to be exact, so double check you dont have any extra spaces or anything.

But it is built upon vBulletin which is commercial software, therefore you have to buy vBulletin in order to use vBAdvanced CMPS and other vB Hacks.
