Text Selection Block

Hello, and thank you for trying to help me. I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but what I am looking for is a way to block members of my forum from selecting and copying text from my forum, and then pasting it elsewhere. Can this be done? Is this the correct forum for this request? Again, I thank you for any help you may be able to provide.
