I am licensed..
 

I just bought VB and I am currently installing it on my server.

At the top, I clicked on the link and entered the email that I signed up to this forum with. (it was a different email then I used to buy VB)

I also added the email I bought VB with in spot 2.

I come back and refresh. It still says I am unlicensed. Any ideas?

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Now that thats out of the way, you need to make sure the same email you used here, is the one thats in your members area, it is both case and whitespace sensitive.

You are now showing up as licensed :)
