forum url rename?

Hello

A good few months ago a hack popped up on here and if I remember correctly it allowed you to rename a forums url.

/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=8 to /forum/newforumname

Or something like that, anyone know where the thread is or if it was re-released for 3.0?
