Question about importing
 

I currently run IPB 1.3 Final, I know you have an importer for it to vB, I asked a few people who ran IPB 1.3 Final and imported to vB. They say it won't import the style, can you tell me why that is and if their would be away to fix it and if so could you tell me now or when I purchase vb and the importer or at least make thread for everyone to know.

There is no way to import the styles. The template structures and syntax for the products differ so much it'd make it impossible to write an importer for it. However, the vBulletin style manager is so easy to use that it'd only take you a little while to recreate the skin yourself :)
