How do i do this

on http://www.fpscentral.com/forums/

they have like parent forums?

where they have it says : battle field 1942 and then when you click the link it has a bunch of forums under that name how do i do that on mine?

Add subforums.

Set subforum view depth to 0 or 1 (whatever is lowest you can set to)
