How do you make a topic Sticky and 1 other dumb question
 

I just installed VBulletin and Had 2 Questions I cannot figure out.
Qusetion 1: Exactly How can I make a post a Sticky so it stay up top and will remain as long as I need it to?

Question 2: Can users change how they view post. Somelike oldest to newest some like newest to oldest? If so how?

Question 1: Yes, click the 'thread tools' dropdown at the top of all the posts in a particular thread and select the 'Stick Thread' option.

Question 2: Yes, and they can do it through their User Profiles by going to 'User Options' and finding the options on that page.
