Where can I find such a conversion tool, to allow me to transfer user accounts and such?

Go to the members area and download impex :)

You might get a prob importing from Nuke, since the db tables is not called the same as on a PHPBB db... A simple rename of those tables did the trick for us, we successfully imported all posts, members and forum categorys, with very minor probs.
