Tech support guy in India posts at BroadbandReports.com asking what a WAN / LAN IP address is so he can help troubleshoot an SBC user. Wow, This is horrible!

on the flip side, some american tech support people w ouldnt even bother to work to find a solutin. they would just say its not their fualt or another lazy reply

I think this could have happened no matter country the tech. was from. Companies are mainly filling tier 1 support with warm bodies. If a Tier 1 tech is found to be smart then he/she is moved to a higher tier.

Still very funny on many different levels.
