How to use a cron job to run a query?
Hi, I think the best way for me to do something I have been meaning to code is to use a cron job. I just need to run a single query one a day or something. Is a cron job the best way to do this? If so, how would I do it? Sorry, never worked with cron jobs before. :)

use the vb cron system.
just open an already existing cronscript, you can see, how queries are called there (no difference than on all other scripts) then create a new script with your new knowledge, containing the query, upload it, and thenn add it into the cronsystem via acp scheduled tasks |
