Referral Contest

A few of my mods. Wanted to know if it was possible. And what steps you could do about doing something like this.

its possible to have a referal contest to see who can get the most referals and then get a reward since their is an referal option in vb3 to see who got the most referals, just not sure how it works since vb2 since im still skinning and never really tried every features.
