A few Modorator Questions and how to's:
 

I'm just wondering when every thinks I should start choosing mods? My board currently has 1458 posts and 131 members. Only been up for a month though :) So its not that big yet.

Also, how do you know if someone would be a good modorator for the forums? I was going to choose one at a time. Like 1 moderator per week. Just to see the strenghs and weeknesses of the mods.

It varies.

If you get so much activity, you can't handle it, then get a new mod. Otherwise don't.

And don't get more than one admin, it's worthless to rely on extra admins. I shoudl know.

i would say we are on about extra moderators not admins
coz personally i dont' trust anyone to do that job other than myself
